Sample Content for the Motivation Guide Premium PLR Ebook:

Do you sometimes find it tough to stay motivated? We all do. Maybe you develop a strong desire to lose some weight. You want to get in shape, look great and become healthier than we are. Bathing suit season is right around the corner, and you tell yourself this is going to be the year you sculpt your dream body.

You find a diet plan that works for you. You begin exercising. You get plenty of rest every night and kick processed food and sugar to the curb. You stay hydrated during the day. Things are going great and you begin to lose some stubborn belly fat.

Then something strange happens.

Life gets in the way. You become distracted. Maybe you have a career change or you move to a new city. Perhaps seasonal celebrations and the associated snacks and treats get in your way. Something happens that puts your motivation on the back burner, and your weight loss results disappear.

Not only do you stop losing weight, but you regain all the weight you had lost when you were so motivated.

What happened?

Why can’t so many of us stay motivated until we achieve a desired result? Why does this happen to people young and old, men and women, just about everybody at one time or another?

There are plenty of reasons why a burning desire to achieve something becomes nothing more than a flickering flame. Knowing what can destroy your motivation is important. Then when you see these circumstances heading your way, you can take action.

7 Common Reasons You Lose Motivation

1 – You’re Not Getting from A-Z Quickly Enough

Sometimes this has less to do with staying focused than it does with setting unreal expectations. Maybe your goal is to become financially independent. You give yourself a period of one year to become a millionaire. This is certainly possible. A lot of people make that much money in a month or two, let alone an entire year.

Your situation might be that you’ve never earned more than $35,000 in a single year. In this case, it might be unreasonable to expect that you could earn a $1 million in a year, when you’ve never realized significant wealth in the past.

A month or two rolls by and you are making barely more than you have in the past. You get frustrated because you’re not seeing results quickly enough. This can often lead to a person abandoning his or her plans altogether due to frustration. There might be a sense that he or she isn’t good enough to achieve a desired result.

Sometimes we don’t think we are seeing results in a timely manner because we don’t know what to expect.

It works like this.

Maybe you’re attempting to change behaviors that are lifelong habits. Using the weight loss example from earlier, you decide to try out a new diet and exercise plan.

You never ate this way or worked out like this before. You are so motivated in the beginning. You see people that have achieved incredible results eating and exercising this way.

You read their stories and find out what results they achieved after a week, two weeks and a month. You begin expecting the same of yourself. Since you’ve never approached nutrition this way, you might think that your success is moving too slowly. The same might be true with your new exercise plan. You get frustrated that things aren’t moving along fast enough so you abandon your diet and physical activity regime altogether.

What you didn’t know is that your body was right around the corner from adapting to this new way of life. Your results were about to blow up and send you quickly in the direction you intended.

There are lots of reasons why we expect grand things to happen quickly. What you have to understand is that persistence and perseverance can beat anything. Just stick with it.

If you have unrealistic expectations for a short timeframe, stop thinking that way. Do what you know you need to do to get where you want to be. It may not happen as quickly as you desired. But when you stay motivated and get there, you’ll be proud of yourself for all your hard work and the reality you have created.

Email #1 Subject line: Control Your Environment to Boost Motivation

Did you know that having a cluttered workstation can rob you of confidence and motivation? If your home is too hot or too cold for you to be comfortable, and you can’t change that situation, your body begins to produce chemicals which increase stress and decrease peace and calm.

This happens automatically and without your consent because of the survival instincts you inherited from your earliest ancestors.

Earliest man quickly discovered that his environment had a lot to do with his chances of survival. That idea is still ingrained in your brain today. Scientists have shown that memory from previous ancestors is actually passed along through DNA.

This is how people and other animals know how to instinctively do certain things that deliver positive rather than negative results. They know even if they’ve never been exposed to a particular situation before.

It’s why we also have negative feelings when something happens that affected our ancestors negatively.

A safe environment was important for our earliest ancestors. Your hardwiring and brain remember that today. So for more motivation and other “UP” feelings, put yourself in a good place … literally.

What types of environments promote comfort and confidence for you? These are the places you need to be. You can create these environments in your home and at work. It’s a good idea to keep a journal where you record your emotional mindset in the physical places you spend the most time.

This helps you promote positivity and confidence rather than letting your surroundings contribute to unhealthy emotions. The key is in controlling your environment. Create spaces which make you feel positive, fulfilled and stress-free, rather than stressed-out.

The reward is more confidence and better productivity. That means getting motivated for goal achievement is easier. You’re more likely to move in the direction of goal achievement when your surroundings put you in a good place mentally and emotionally.

Motivation PLR Article Sample:

A Good Night’s Rest Can Motivate You to Take Action

Getting plenty of sleep regularly can fuel your motivation to achieve a big goal. It can also make you healthier from head to toe, inside and out, in a number of ways. Here’s what happens.

When you are fully rested on a regular basis, your mind is sharp. You don’t need to turn to unhealthy energy drinks, caffeine and sugar to stay awake and alert. Poor sleep habits have been linked to overweight and obesity, causes and symptoms of diabetes. Aside from boosting your natural energy level, getting plenty of rest boosts your heart health.

It can also keep you motivated to pursue your goals.

Not regularly getting 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep damages your heart, which means poor sleep habits makes you much more likely to suffer a heart attack, stroke or some other cardiovascular event. In the short term you can suffer a foggy mind, poor memory, a lack of motivation and a desire to just stay in bed and sleep the day away.

Poor sleep patterns can affect you in a number of ways.

Did you know that at least 7 hours of sleep is required night in and night out for you to enjoy a healthy blood pressure level? It’s true. Your body needs to repair and rest often. When you’re asleep, there are a number of bodily processes which naturally occur to get you ready for the following day.

One of these processes is a lowering of your blood pressure. If you don’t sleep long enough, your body does not lower your blood pressure properly. This means when you awaken in the morning and you haven’t slept enough and let your body recuperate properly, you can wake up to high blood pressure.

If your heart has to work too hard due to elevated blood pressure levels, this raises your risk of developing diabetes. High blood pressure can also exacerbate diabetes if it has already developed. Keeping your heart healthy is important for preventing and treating diabetes.

By the way, several studies have shown that poor sleep patterns lead to less ambition. You just don’t feel motivated to do anything.

Your brain is just not rested enough to give you the mental energy that’s required for you to take action. You don’t feel like being physically active, and this can lead to less success in the area of goal achievement.

The opposite is also true. Get plenty of sleep regularly and you wake up each morning feeling fresh. You are mentally and physically ready to greet the day. It’s much more likely that you’ll be motivated to achieve your goals if your mind and body are rested and rejuvenated.

So getting plenty of restful sleep not only makes you stronger and healthier physically. It gives you mental strength and abilities. It also superpowers your energy levels. This is great if sometimes you feel like you don’t have the motivation needed to chase your dreams.
