While menopause has many symptoms that vary from woman to woman, there are a few symptoms that can pass off as the usual issues that women don’t even think of associating with menopause. Most women know that hot flashes and night sweats are a part of menopause.

  • Lethargy

The feeling of being tired and not in the mood to do anything is not a reflection of indolence. You might just be in a state of inertia that you need to break out of.

To the woman who is feeling lethargic, going for a walk or exercising might be the last thing on her mind. Yet, that is exactly what she needs to do. A sedentary lifestyle makes you feel more lethargic and tired.
